Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VerifAI ("ATL", "we", "the Service") provides a SaaS platform for labeling AI-generated content, generating compliance certificates, and reporting in accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans & Billing

Free plan: Limited to 5 URLs, no domains, no widget, no PDF reports.
Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Include a 5-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, use it for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or register domains you do not own or control.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all URLs and content metadata you register. We store only URLs, titles, and AI tool names — we do not access or store the actual content of your pages.

6. Uptime & Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide no SLA guarantees on the Free plan. The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for regulatory fines, penalties, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the member state where the service provider is established.
